Consumer Privacy Infographics

We're all marketers here, so of course we can't leave out consumer privacy protections. With the General Data Protection Regulations's (GDPR) taking effect in May 2018, brands with customers or email subscribers in the EU should ensure they're in compliance. That includes the UK, regardless of Brexit. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to any business that fits their criteria and has subscribers/customers in the state of California. If your brand fits into either of those categories, these laws will be very important to have an understanding of and comply with.
CCPA will go into effect January 1, 2020. GDPR has been in effect since May 25, 2018.
