1. Why does my link address appear in brackets before the text of the link?
Outlook 365 will do this if you don’t properly format your links. Be sure to include “https://” before the address and this problem should go away.
2. Why isn’t my link styling working properly?
One cause we have found for this issue is lack of a URL. If you don’t include a url, for instance href=”#”, Outlook 365 will ignore the link and any styling on it. You should insert a dummy URL for testing purposes, like this: href=”https://www.example.com”.
