Notification of Credit Card Expiration
If we have reason to believe that your credit card may be expired, we will send an Expiration Notification Email 5 days prior to your payment being due. That is intended to give you time to update your payment information.
In the event that your payment method is not updated and fails, your account will automatically enter a 3 day Grace Period to allow you a second chance to seamlessly update your payment method without interruption to active testing service. If the payment method is not updated during the Grace Period, active subscription access will then be suspended at that time due to non-payment.
