What is a discrepancy?
We use the term “discrepancy” to refer to inconsistencies between our
screenshots and how the email appears in your (or any recipient's)
inbox. If you see a discrepancy, we want to hear about it!
For that reason, we have included a “Feedback” feature in our user
Developer Tools (access via the “</>” button). When using this
feature, there is no need to submit your code or URL because we will
include your email in the support ticket.
