What happens if I go over my plan’s monthly limit for Email Analytics opens?
If you should happen to have more opens than your plan’s monthly limit allows, we will display a warning on your dashboard. You will not see the extra opens added to your data, but we will keep tracking them for you. Opens reset on the first of each month.
Add-ons are available for users who have gone over their monthly opens limit if needed. These additional add-ons come in the following amounts, and are charged to you monthly in addition to the cost of your subscription:
- 250k at $15/month
- 1 million at $50/month
- 2 million at $90/month
- 4 million at $160/month
- 6 million at $240/month
- 8 million at $310/month
- plus more!
If you’d like to add some opens to your account before the end of the month, just contact support and let them know you’d like to increase the number of opens/month for your account.
