How to Re-Activate Suspended Accounts
Accounts become suspended when we are not able to collect payment for the subscription. You will be notified via email if we are unable to collect payment, and we allow three days to update the payment method before the system reattempts to process your renewal. If at that time the payment does not complete successfully, the system automatically puts your account into a suspended status until you reactivate your subscription.
To reactivate your subscription, follow the below instructions:
- Click on your Username on the upper right-hand side of the Dashboard.
- Click Plan Information
- Select monthly/annual tab upper left-hand corner next to Subscription Plans.
Hit Select two times, once to select and once to confirm, on the Subscription button for the plan you wish to subscribe to.
- Input Billing and payment information and click Checkout.
- Check the boxes if you agree that this is a recurring subscription, and if you agree you have read and understood our Terms of service, then click Process Payment.
Note: Legacy plan pricing cannot be reinstated if your account goes into suspended status.
