Eye tracking

Eye tracking is used to test and observe an individual’s eye movements and monitor their visual attention. Email professionals use it to gauge customer interaction with their content and gain insights into customers’ behaviors, like the type of content they find the most engaging, based on which they tweak and change their marketing strategies and spot the highlights of their emails. These insights also help them segment recipients with similar characteristics.
