Just discovered this service - very impressed.
I’ve finally conquered email design that looks ok in most clients my client cares about.
But, yesterday, I sent a nicely rendering email where the subject line appearing in his final webmail version had junk characters (e.g. “word, [UTF-8]? word+weirdstuff, word…”(I’m pretty sure that it was a result of copy/pasting from a webpage a word that had an apostrophe - is that a fair guess?)
It didn’t happen in my pre-send testing to my Outlook or Gmail test accounts, so I’m wondering if I can safely assure my client that most people would have received the ‘clean’ subject line.
And, is there any way to test the subject line using this acid test service (free account)?
