A blacklist is a database of known server IP addresses used by persons or companies who have been flagged for sending spam. Many ESPs allow their customers to upload new mailing lists on a regular basis. This makes them vulnerable to blacklisting.
In order to run a truly accurate SPAM report your email must be sent to 23 different email addresses - commonly referred to as a "Seed List."
For each test you will be provided with a unique seed list - it is very important that you send your email to every address provided using the same subject line and "from" address.
