HI there

am having a stinker of a time with outlook. MY intitial problem was blue links. Which I finally managed to override by adding this to the body tag
link=”#005c46” vlink=”#005c46” alink=”#005c46”

However, now I can’t seem to control link colour anywhere else (there are ‘buttons’ where I want white links. I have inlined the styles, to no avail.

Here’s my recent test results
https://www.emailonacid.com/app/acidtest/display/summary/pSGtCJ8WebeRI6QMF1EELfqtUkmZkxAfwCzV26E0g8B3F/shared

Here’s the code for the button (styles set in <head> as well as inline:

<table border=“0” cellpadding=“10” class=“standard-button-mid-green” style=“margin-top: 20px;”>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td >
<span style=“color:#ffffff;”>Take action</span>
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>

Would be great if someone could help with this,

Hi linksstreet,

Welcome to the Email on Acid forums!

I would advise styling all of your links inline like this:

<a href="www.example.com" style="color:#ff0000; text-decoration:none;">Text</a

This enables you to control the styling on each of your links individually to avoid the issues you’re having. Make sure to change the hex code to the colour you’d like!

Hope that helps,
Alex
