Hi there,

I am getting desperate. the preview of my email (see attachment) looks weird on mobile.
In the middle of the text I have a table 4x4 but it seems that the table pushes the whole content on one side.

I really don’t know what’ s wrong this time. I added the wide_class option but it didn’t help.
DO you know what’s happening in my template?

Giulia,
Thank you for posting!

I see a lot of problems with the code of this email: colspans used inconsistently, <tbody> tags that don’t follow <table> tags, incorrect styles and so on. I would recommend that you hire an email developer to help you with this project: https://www.emailonacid.com/blog/article/email-marketing/email_on_acids_resource_page

Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

I already did a lot of fixing for you on another mail to at least show a working desktop version: https://www.emailonacid.com/S=9359b6ed89451e1b196105f239ad81b681c7a668/forum/viewthread/931

I agree with Geoff, you can’t let us fix every mail you create for free. I already spend more than half an hour just removed all the colspan’s and fixing that table for you. So I suggest you hire a email developer. Or just start with simple mails and work your way up, learning how to code correctly yourself.

I thank you both for your hard work, especially on a Friday.

However, I think there are different ways of replying to an enquiry, especially because this is a forum, isn’t it? You can decide whether to reply or not.
Geoff was able to say exactly the same thing that leinverheij said, just politer. And that makes the difference.

I will definitely hire a developer (a polite one, possibly).

Thank you again and wish you a lovely weekend,

Giulia

Maybe my post was a bit harsh, but I spend an hour fixing your html to help you and gave you pointers to help and got no reply at all. All I saw were more posts with questions to fix your code, which seem to have the same errors that I mentioned.
