When targeting Outlook 2000 and newer…
<!—[if gte mso 9]>
  <style type=“text/css”>
  /* Outlook-specific CSS goes here. */
  </style>
<![endif]—>

But what should the code look like if I only want to target Windows Mail (not Outlook)
<!—[if gte ???? ]>
  <style type=“text/css”>
  /* My Windows Mail-specific CSS goes here. */
  </style>
<![endif]—>

Any input will be greatly appreciated. //TB

Interdo,
Welcome to the forum!

Unfortunately, I don’t know of a way to target Windows Mail. Here is a great article on what can be done with MSO conditionals: http://templates.mailchimp.com/development/css/outlook-conditional-css/

Hopefully one of our other community members might have more insight.
