I have consistently been getting a ‘pending’ status for all (100%) of my Spam testing attempts to Symantec Messaging Gateway (formerly Brightmail). Is there a known issue with getting through to this filter?

Chiefadmin,
I’m sorry about that! We were having a problem with Symantec recently that we just resolved today. Hopefully your test results on future tests will fill in properly.

You can also send your email again to any seed list addresses to try and get those to fill in, including Symantec.
