Hi there,

Testing an eDM and finding I’m getting incomplete renders on the Outlook.com browser clients. If I send an email directly to my own accounts they are rendering fine. Is this a code issue on my side or a local bug?

Thanks a lot for any assistance

momentum,
Welcome to the forum! I took a look at that shared test, but it looks like it rendered down to the footer in all Outlook.com variations. Is there another part of the email missing?

Thanks for the response Geoff, my problem is that some titles and buttons aren’t rendering. Here’s an example http://prntscr.com/awvmmy

I think the code is exactly the same as other blocks but for some reason these ones are not showing up - only in Outlook though. I sent an email directly to my own Outlook/Chrome account and it was ok - just wanted to check to see if was my code or perhaps an issue with EoA’s rendering in those browsers?

Thanks again
A

momentum,
I think this is the same as the previous issue. If you change all of your href=”#” to href=“http://www.example.com” it should fix the issue. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t see this problem on your local browser/client.
