No reports for email clients except Outlook 2003

My org has an Email on Acid account and I needed it today to debug problems with layout in Outlook.

I never did get Email on Acid to work for me. It doesn’t show any reports for any email clients when I run an automatic test.

Originally, my settings had all email clients checked, and it would show only the client Outlook 2003, but I now have it set for three clients: Windows Thunderbird, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2013 and no reports show.

Is this typical? Do you think I am doing something wrong?

Hey there,

I hope you are well. We looked and it appears your account is suspended due to payment failure. If you log into your account and update your account information, you should be able to get access to all the email testing clients again. I hope this helps.
