Hello,

I’ve noticed a couple of differences in the way HTML email source is viewed between Apple Mail and Outlook 2010 (PC).

1. Apple Mail appends the characters “3D” wherever it encounters an “=” symbol.
2. Apple Mail wraps text at 74 characters and adds an “=” symbol to the end of each line.

Here are links to screenshots of identical sections of HTML, viewed as source from both Apple Mail and from Outlook 2010.

Additionally, I’ve gotten the same result from Thunderbird and various attempts to view source from webmail clients on the Mac side.

Has anyone encountered this and found a workaround?

Thanks for any help and info!

Jesse
