One of your core services has not been functioning for hours (at least?).
For many, you are a form of ‘safety net’. Safety nets are pointless if they don’t function ALL THE TIME.
“Don’t worry! Your seatbelt will work MOST OF THE TIME”....seriously?
Litmus charges more, but maybe it’s worth it if their service works ALL THE TIME.
EDIT: I also appreciate your non-response to any form of phone call, chat or email…did I seriously pay almost $500 dollars for this?
