We use the Email on Acid cloud app for Eloqua. We are observing that the app is throwing an error when trying to test an email .
Error: Unfortunately, there was a problem submitting your test to Email on Acid.
We always have to reinstall the app in order to perform the tests. Is there any solution to this problem?
I have seen the same issue on https://www.emailonacid.com/forum/viewthread/1168/ and posted my comment there. Creating a new thread in case if the mentioned thread goes unaware.
