Outlook 2007+ off-by-one pixel issue for table borders

I have attached two screenshots. One is showing the table cell in Gmail, and the other in Outlook.

In gmail_normal.png, you can see the table border all in a straight line, like a typical box. This is shown correctly on browsers in Email on Acid.

But in outlook_offset.png, you can see a bit of the table border shifted slightly off by 1 pixel for the left table cell border. I have marked the spot with a blue circle. This error occurs in Outlook variants.

Code sample is attached as bug.html.

I may be missing something in particular, does anyone know about this?

Hi Natallia,

I’ll look into this for you. I have done some initial looks and didn’t spot anything super obvious, so I’ll need to dive deeper.

Thank you for your patience!
