Make it Yours

While we always recommend testing every email every time, there’s no one right way to QA your email beforehand. That’s where you come in.

When you create an account, the default setting in Campaign Precheck uses our recommended workflow. It includes each step below, starting with QA Testing.

The other option is to create your own custom email testing workflow, which you can do by toggling different steps on and off.

Stage 1: Content QA

This is where you’ll thoroughly review and optimize all elements of your email for mistakes or necessary code changes. Every step lends itself to making your overall email pre-deployment process more robust and efficient with an end result of boosting ROI.

An increase in ROI comes from saving time and producing a much higher quality email. That becomes possible when you can get more people to open your email with an eye-catching subject line. A domain blacklist check will scan the most popular blacklists to ensure you’re not on them. If you are found on one, we’ll provide you with tips on how to get removed. Since blacklists run independently, unfortunately there’s no way to automatically remove yourself. If you are on a blacklist, you’ll have to go through their process to get removed.

Once your domain is taken care of, we’ll run a spam test on your email’s content. This step checks for spammy words and phrases, text/image balance and such that are spam filter red flags.

Without good deliverability, your email will miss out on lots of clicks and conversion. Make sure you’re improving your inbox placement whenever possible.

Stage 3: Email Previews

The cherry on top of a perfect email: knowing how it will look for each and every subscriber. Now that Email Previews are a part of your workflow, it’s even faster and simpler to run a test and see how they’ll look on live clients.
