Pay-as-you-go Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the purchase of your credit plan provided that you have not used any credits. Email on Acid does not provide refunds on pay-as-you-go plans if you have used any of the credits. Unused credits expire one year after the date of purchase.

If you run an acid test and find inconsistencies between our simulation and actual email client results, you may submit a ticket using our “Report a Discrepancy” feature.  If we conclude that you are correct, we will refund one credit to your account.  We will not refund credits if the same discrepancy affected previous acid tests.
