REFUND POLICY
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the purchase of your credit plan provided that you have not used any credits. Email on Acid does not provide refunds on pay-as-you-go plans if you have used any of the credits. Unused credits expire one year after the date of purchase. |

When you sign up for a membership plan, your card will be charged. Your renewal fees will then be charged on the same day at the end of each term until you cancel your subscription.
CANCELATION POLICY You are entitled to a pro-rated refund of a subscription plan depending on the number of tests that were run. If your membership terms started on the 1st of the month and you notify us that you want to cancel your subscription on the 20th day of the month and you ran 2 tests during that month, we would pro-rate the cost of the subscription and then subtract the cost of the 2 tests from the refund amount. Each test is worth $5.00. |
