I just used the My Inbox feature unsuccessfully and I wonder if it is my code or the feature that is causing this. My email is sent from a completed form where custom tags in the email are populated once the form is submitted. When viewing the email in My Inbox, the code after the first custom tag is missing. I’m aware that these custom tags could very well be the issue, but the odd thing is that it renders the first custom tag just fine. Is my code the issue? Is there any work-around?
