I tried to run a test today, espcially on Outlook 2007. But it always keep saying “still process”. Anyone else has same issue?

You are correct TYiD, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with Outlook 07 and 2010.  We hope to have those servers back up within the next two hours, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

As soon as we have it back up and running, we will update this forum.

If you used any test credits during this Outlook outage, you can re-run your test from your archive once we get everything back up and running.

Thanks for your patience everyone!

The Outlook 2007 & 2010 rendering is back on-line. We apologize for the down-time and any inconvenience that it may have caused.

I’m having issues with Outlook 2007 not displaying images?

It’s quite an issue since that is really the only client I need to test at the moment.

Greetings sdwest, our Outlook screen-shot servers are working properly. The best way for us to troubleshoot your issue would be for you to “Report a Discrepancy” after you run a test. While you are previewing the test results there is a “Developer Tools” button on the top right side of the screen. When you click that button there will be a drop-down list, click on the “Report a Discrepancy” link. When you submit the discrepancy form your email HTML will automatically be attached to the request for us to review.

Thanks for using our Acid Test!
