How long should a test take?

I am not sure if there is a problem with the system tonight. I submitted two tests now this evening and neither have provided a result within about 10 minutes. The green box stays up saying “Preparing Final Acid Test Results”...

What is the expected wait time?

A test result should be returned within 1-2 minutes. If, for any reason it should take longer, please feel free to create a support ticket so that we can help you resolve the issue immediately.

In your support ticket, it helps if you identify the web browser you are using as well as your operating system.
